Cendol Ice

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Cendol:

    • 70 grams Rice Flour
    • 30 grams Hunkwe Flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
    • 600 ml Water

    Ingredients for Sauce:

    • 150 ml Liquid Palm Sugar
    • 500 ml Coconut Milk

The Steps

  1. Mix all the cendol ingredients, stir well then heat until boiling and shiny, remove from heat
  2. Print the cendol dough into the ice water, then set aside
  3. Prepare the gravy ingredients, mix and stir well
  4. Prepare a serving glass, add ice cubes and shaved ice
  5. Cendol Ice is ready to be served
