Ingredients

  • 250 grams Rice Flour
  • 100 grams Kanji Flour
  • 50 grams Sand Sugar
  • 10 grams Salt
  • 800 cc Warm Coconut Milk

The Steps

  1. Mix rice flour, starch, granulated sugar, and salt into a dough
  2. Pour warm coconut milk into the dough
  3. Pour into molds and steam for about 25 minutes
  4. Remove and cool, remove from the mold
